Being Odia Foundation started its journey in the year 2018 by Debasish Mohapatra & Bijayasri Mohapatra. With experience from many Social Organisations, we have decided to start a Social Non-Government Or Non-Profit Organisation on our own, so that It will be easier to involve ourselves in maximum social work. We both are from childhood very friendly and social by nature. It’s our vision since our study career we have mentally prepared that whenever opportunity comes, we involve ourselves for the betterment of society and we did it by involving in different social organisations.
We extend our humanitarian services throughout India, including rural, remote, and urban locations.
We handle disasters through emergency management phases of Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery.
We provide shelter and accommodation to our needy senior citizens along with healthcare services.
We organise tree plantation activities and also inculcate the sense of responsibility among the young towards nature.
Zero Hunger in India is the primary motive of the Feeding Movement, where our Foundation fights against hunger, malnutrition, and associated complications for the vulnerable.
Poor households bear a high disease burden due to the inability to access quality healthcare. Healthcare Movement enables the poverty-stricken and deprived people of accessing best-in-class private hospital treatment, medicine, and other benefits at zero cost.
